Joseph Charles Viola is a Manhattan-born, New Jersey-raised casting director, mother agent, stylist, photographer and creative director, among other things. Their work spans across a broad range of mediums as an exploration of self, community, connection, and collaboration through a queer lens. They use their power and space to bring forth a new perspective of beauty and talent, and the ethics beyond the surface of representation, to ensure active, persistent and lasting change in the industry.

They have worked with clients including Miu Miu, JW Anderson, Valentino, Balenciaga, Nike, Adidas and Levis, and can be seen in over 30 editorials/8 covers via publications such as T Magazine, Document Journal, i-D, M du Monde, Re-Edition, Interview and Purple Fashion Magazine.
