The British Fashion Council (BFC) is delighted to unveil its 2020 NEW WAVE: Creatives - a list of the 50 most innovative and inspiring young creative talents from around the world. The dynamic list includes trailblazers from across multiple disciplines from artists, activists, casting agents, commentators, florists, hair and makeup artists, image makers, nail artists, set designers, stylists and writers, and are a vital component of The Fashion Awards, the annual celebration of creativity and innovation.

The final 50 will be celebrated as part of The Fashion Awards film, which will premiere on Thursday 3rd December 2020 on fashionawards.com to celebrate the people and organisations who have led change in the fashion industry in 2020.

The final list, available here, is a resource for the global fashion industry and highlights London’s position as an international hub of creativity and pays homage to the incredible success of both home-grown and international talent, while celebrating those who play a vital role in the industry’s cultural reputation. The list of 50 names includes talent from countries around the globe.
